ASK4 Support centre and shop opening times over the Christmas period
Hi,
We just wanted to advise you of the opening times for both our support centre and the ask4 shop over the Christmas Period.
Support will be open during the following hours over the Christmas period:
December 24th - Phone lines will close at 8pm after which we will be providing email support only
Christmas Day - Email Support Only
Boxing Day – Email Support Only
December 27th – 31st – 24/7 Full support with phone lines open from 8am on the 27th
December 31st - Phone lines will close at 8pm after which we will be providing email support only
January 1st - Email Support Only
January 2nd onwards - 24/7 Full support with phone lines open from 8am on the 2nd
For the shop, opening times will be as normal up till the 23rd of December, after this any orders created will be dealt with on the shops re-opening on the 4th of January
