Installing 4TV on your Windows PC
1. Install Software
The TV Service uses a plugin called Video Lan Client so that you can watch the the TV stream from within your web browser. Before watching TV, you must download and install the Video Lan Client.
Please note: Even if you already have VLC installed on your computer, you must install the version below to make sure that the TV Service will work

2. Launch the 4TV Viewer
Once the Video Lan Client is installed you can then watch TV in Internet Explorer or any Mozilla based browsers (such as Firefox).
When using 4TV for the first time, you might see a Windows Security Alert. If you see this screen then you must click on the ‘Unblock’ button.
If you see this screen then you must click on the ‘Unblock’ button otherwise your firewall will stop your computer from accepting any signals from the TV Service.
If you are using a different firewall (such as Norton Anti virus) you may see a similar window and will need to click ‘Allow’ or ‘Unblock’.
